I would just like to say it was a genuine pleasure to deal with Raer Group wwhich we found at all times to be realistic and accommodating throughout the process of our selling seven homes on their behalf at Green Mews, Silver End. I would also like to say that the after-sales service to our clients who bought properties has also been exemplary.
I personally dealt with Joanne Ridley who was contactable 24 hours a day and did exactly what she said she would do, a major help when dealing with new homes and also the intricacies of properties in a conservation area. We also found RAER’s solicitors to be both helpful and professional, always returning calls in allotted timescales and responded quickly to enquiries raised.
In summary, we found the whole experience to be very professional and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Joanne and the team again.
